The grab bags are being sent out once per month. We collect all the orders throughout the month and pick out the best possible product for you. The reason that we can offer it at this price is because we benefit from bulk discounts.

Every 1st week of the month the Mystry Grab Bags are being sent out. Depending on your location you can expect to receive it in the second or third week of the month. (Depending on postal services)

There is a flat rate shipping fee. United States $5.75, the rest of the world (Including Canada) $9.55

Every month there will be a 20% discount code of the month. You can use this for as long as you are a member. When your membership ends, you will not be able to access this area anymore, hence won't have access to the most recent discount code.

Just send us an email at contact@theunchargeables.com to tell us you want to cancel your subscription and we will take care of it. You can cancel your subscription monthly before the 30th for the following month. For example You cancel your box on October 30th, You receive the November box and will be cancelled from the December box onward.

No, you can not change the size or get a refund. If you have a defective item in your grab bag, you can notify us at contact@theunchargeables.com and we will replace it for you.
